Only if you buy a seperate return ticket such as USA-Aust-USA or start the RTW ticket in USA for example (needs a seperate Aust-USA-Aust ticket).
The other way is have 2 RTW's running at the same time with an overlap. 1 starting in Aust, the other starting in Europe (Cairo) for example. You have 12 months to complete the flights.
