Let's face it, no one was really hurt by the fact that the show was ended, and Delta got to make a passenger happy.
I hope you're not serious. On a plane with 200 or 300 people you'll always find someone who finds something about any program running offensive. That's his problem, not the problem of the other 199 or 299 persons. It's a public place and everyone will have to deal with things he might not find ideal.
