I tried to combine #1 and #3 but apparently no we'll see. Any more recent renegotiations to share?
I've had the card since 2005. I also just received my latest statement showing a credit of $499 for the fee. I was actually surprised that they did offer to waive the fee - I had already applied and received a CIBC Aerogold as a replacement for the AMEX.
