... this is inexcuseable, completely unacceptable. This is definitely one for the Today-Tonight or ACA door kickers.

Just made two award bookings, both in P class on BA from SYD to LHR and return, one for July/August, one for October.

On the first trip I had to go over a day earlier than I wanted to, but was able to get the exact flight on the exact date that I wanted for the return.

Go a day early? They have to be kidding.

For the second flight, I was able to get both dates that I wanted, but had to go via BKK on the return - I WANTED TO TRANSIT SIN!

Now that those programs appear to be targetting the non-availability of award flights, I had better contact them to advise them of the totally scandalous situation I have just been subjected to.
