People minding their own business means allowing other people to do as they do, including identifying or guessing who is who.

It's amusing when those who can't mind their own business tell others to mind their own business.

Is there something asinine or juvenile in observing the surroundings, including the people, and communicating something other than "the norm" (e.g., someone whose armed with a firearm on a commercial flight)? FAMs do just that, if they're not sleeping or busy with something else.
