I booked an 80K business award from IAD-LHR using dividend miles. Once I secured the business award I bought two business class tickets on Virgin Atlantic.

So I call Virgin for Seat assignments, and turns out the Business award from US is in Premium Economy, not Virgin's Upper Class Business.

So I call the CP Line, talk to 2 supervisors and they cannot do anything. They claim Premium Economy is Business on Virgin.
I think at some point an agent would tell me that I am booked in PE, not Business.

They claim I have 2 choices, 1) redeposit the miles, or 2) stick with what I have which is not what I paid for.

I need a contact at US Air who I can talk to. I paid for a Business class ticket and I got enhanced coach.

Anyone have any other options I should look at?
