Well done Glen, two great stories and happy ending for you (albeit probably a lot of time spent by you rectifying the VC problem).

ANZ must really be hurting, it will be interesting to see which card I use to put my USA trip costs onto next week...going to read the fine print very closely over the weekend about whether I get bonus points on the total QF spend or I am on the tiered structure. Want to be certain before I make the leap of faith to use the ANZ card.

P.S. ANZ, if you're reading this, I haven't spent anything this month on your card - other VC's and AMEX winning the battle for my spend
