Well, I think Richard's contribution (and others) are already listed in the sticky. But it just isn't obvious enough to some people that they could find the information there.

Maybe it would help to have a separate sticky which is explicitly titled: "Japan Airports" (any better suggestions?). I'm loath to crowd the forum with multiple stickies, but it seems that we need to encourage folks to serve themselves for information on "What to do with a <24 hour stopover at NRT?"
