I haven't flown LAN Argentina either, but I don't think that's true. LAN Argentina only flies 2 dedicated 767-300ERs (LV-BFD and LV-BFU) and I know I've read that they're in 3-class configuration. So no chance of New Premium Business (for now), but no chance of old 2-class business class either.
LAN would have liked to share their planes like they do between LAN Chile, Peru and Ecuador, but the Argentinean Gov't required them to
have planes registered in Argentina. Because of that, those planes fly to MIA stay there all day and go back at night. With the other LAN flights, they have the plane arriving from SCL in the morning leave for UIO-GYE, the plane arriving from LIM in the afternoon goes to SCL and the plane from UIO-GYE goes to LIM late at night, minimizing ground time.
