Honestly, I can not recommend any all inclusive place in PVR because I havn't stayed at any in PVR.

Puerto V has many places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at, I don't know why anyone would want to go all inclusive. But that my opinion...

But I do understand that some people are just looking to relax and enjoy the beach. But if you are up for some adventure, dont go all inclusive!
