That's how I understand it too. That's why I am going to tell them to switch the final charges to my credit card once I arrive...
Btw, upgrade isn't really an issue at the property I'll be staying. There really isn't anything to upgrade to. My main issue is that I need to book the room under my name mainly for the AAA rate, because it's a lot cheaper than BAR.
