I once showed up at a non-airport location, had a reservation at its opening time (figured I get the car more quickly by being there at 8am than by having them deliver the car to me). No one had shown up for work yet! Quick call to the CHM desk, 2 minutes later the district manager rang me on my cell and handled the situation, I can only imagine what happened to the employees that didn't show up for work ontime.
Last time I got a nextel beep beep from my DM because an agency location didnt open on time, they were transferred to the airport, losing a cushy, easy, 8-5 job with decent sales and no oversight. The location was a hotel with a fantastic walk up business and a CHM walked up needing a Cadi for the day.

Lets just say the transfer cost the employee about 26k a year in comissions and earned her a 2-10p shift, that location was a goldmine for employee comissions.
