Literally laughed out loud at that one. I'm loving this thread, it's great hearing about about some of the inner workings of my airline of choice. I'd love to see some behind the scenes stuff myself some day. Heck, a few weeks I stayed at a hotel a couple of blocks from Delta HQ and I thought it was cool just walking past some of the office buildings.
