Any means to transfer miles into Continental from other airlines/programs? Need 50K

I'm trying to get a bunch of continental miles fast - 50K to be exact. I thought I had it, but unfortunately Starwood dropped their 1:1 for continental and I had been saving up. So now that won't work, and I need to get 50K some other way. I know I can get 15K (or maybe 20K) easily from the continental credit card. I was trying to find other ways.

(1) I can get 25K Northwest or United miles with credit card apps. Can those be transferred to Continental anymore? I remember there used to be an Amtrak intermediary method, but I can't tell whether that works any more.

(2) Amex Membership Rewards. Several Amex cards offer $10K or other membership rewards bonuses. I believe they transfer 1:1 to continental, so that will get me some

(3) I'm also using the continental earn miles by shopping referrals, etc, and trying other affiliates on their sites. But that's going too slowly, so that's why I'm pursuing the credit card route.

Any other suggestions to get a rapid 50K miles? Thanks.
