I agree. Very rarely do we have official posts from BA on this board. In fact, we could do with more as there are times where we can get the wrong end of the stick.
Some information is based on official press releases and newspaper articles as that's all we have to go on. These are often met with a healthy scepticism and there are many people on here who are very media literate.
And if anything, many of us just despair at the state of BA's PR operation at the moment.
As for the OP's bad experiences on BA, I'd say this to anyone: Don't get angry. Don't make a grand announcement about giving up on BA. Just walk away.
