Discussed, certainly. Often discussed with lots of excitement, absolutely. Of course things get examined in minute detail with a lot of focus - that's the nature of FT. But spun? I don't recall any official BA posts here. Perhaps you can find us some evidence/links on what you mean?

I would also strongly suggest other major announcements (seating policy and baggage policy spring to mind) were spun all right - spun in to the ground in a whirlwind of negativity!
