Using the normal 15k offer link (http://www.firstusa.com/cgi-bin/webcgi/webserve.cgi?partner_dir_name=priority_club_ic&page=cont&mkid=6JZ2&MSC=Z0049148&cm_sp=pcr-_-visa-_-banner) on PC website, substitute the bolded part with _30&SOURCE_CODE=5W7K&mkid=6Z7M, which is embedded in the email link provided by mtparadis this will take you to the 30k offer.
