My worst Marriott experience was having my car broken into twice at the CLT airport SH. Left multiple messages for manager to call to no avail. Finally called SH customer service and was promised a return phone call from someone at corporate and it has been three weeks and no response.
This is also the same property that the internet has NOT worked in 6 months. Was told each time I checked out that it was being fixed. Never ha been. No response from manager over this issue as well for the past six months.
I finally gave up on the property and just about to leave Marriott if I do not get a phone back soon concerning this property.
