Last week I flew to EWR from Europe. While we were getting our passports stamped, the immigration officer's cell phone rang. He took the call, and told his GF/Wife he'd call her back later. I almost wanted to remind him that the use of a cell phone in the customs/immigration area was prohibited, but thought better of it...
I guess the rules don't apply when you're the one making up the rules???
