I agree that it is becoming pretty bad, with no let up. CDG-LHR last Tuesday at 3pm was one big nightmare once at LHR. We landed on time, sat waiting for a stand (OK, LHR is congested), once pulling onto to stand we were told there was a problem with the guidance system (?). We then all waited in the aisles to get off, only to be told after 10 minutes that no ground staff were around to meet the aircraft. To top it all, the bags come off after 40 minutes. Landed at 15:05, got onto stand at 15:35, left the plane at 15:50 and then got bags by 16:45. I laugh now, but it really is a disgrace.

And no, it's NOT beyond BA's control - these things happen every flight now!
