Well, what a total disappointment today on by BA 177 flight from LHR JHK. The plane was delayed for over 2 hours in LHR due to whatever reasons (the towing machine malfunction, the ground crew were nowhere to be found, ect... well that was the excuse BA used), and the captain did not advise of what's was happening until well into 1 hour of waiting.. very disappointing and frustrating.. so when we arrived at JFK another BA flight arrived as well, so imagine the queue! 40 minutes to clear JFK!

TO make matters worse, my luggage was not loaded (and I dont know why since I was connecting from Hamburg with a connect time of more than 2 hours at LHR)! I had a dinner engagement this evening and had to do some quick shopping.. I understand that BA will reimburse me for the cost of the clothes that I had to buy to attend the evening event because of the missed luggage is that correct?
