AZ canceled all the LCA tickets in the beginning, and I believe you were in on that deal. Only by applying pressure were they reinstated, and Nicolo installed to handle all the rebooking.
As I said, no misload ticket of mine, including the LCA deal, has ever been cancelled without my knowledge or consent. And yes, I did grab the AZ deal but refunded the ticket a day or two afterwards for my own reasons.
