If you do this, buy it at the counter at IAD -- that way your 60 day clock starts ticking then. I took advantage of it when I was going to have several quick trips in succession (including a few through IAD on Independence) and it was a good value for the time. Back then IAD didn't have wireless as an option, so there wasn't much else to do.
