Was the subtitle supposed to be: "... for CHM"?
Honestly, the coddling of CHM can be pretty embarrassing at times. A few weeks ago, I showed up at an airport without a reservation, and made one via the web from a WorldClub. A half hour later, I walked out and waited for the Avis bus.
When I got to the station, my car wasn't ready. I didn't complain or act upset, but the agent started criticizing the bus driver for not having alerted them to the fact that there was a CHM on board so that he could have driven me directly to my car. It's pretty uncomfortable to hear somebody over twice my age get criticized for not being sufficiently subservient. Moreover, the guy was probably innocent of the foul misdeed anyway--he claimed that I hadn't shown up on his screen, which makes sense given the late reservation.
Of course, the same station has never given me a caddy as a CHM. Honestly, I'd prefer normal service & Caddy to obsequious service & town cars.
Anyway, this ended up more OT than I intended. I certainly don't mean to imply that OP acted inappropriately in this regard (I trust that the incident was worth the CHM spotlight on the asst manager).
