That may be the case but it all depends who your dealing with - When you call to transfer they CAN see when you last changed address, if so what the old one was etc etc....
They prob would complete the transfer but make a note to follow up and bingo the address has been changed again - then maybe flag your account.

There'd still have to be a violation of the T&Cs for SPG. Unless Starwood restricts and/or defines residential mailing address differently in future T&Cs, there's no violation per se.
