As far as a influx of CHM's I can that I havent seen a decrease in service persay since the promotion. The most disappointing thing for me is the forthcoming lose of the DTS. Even as a chairmans member I would say half my rentals are made specificaly for the DTS and the other half are upgrades. I find the Town Car unaceptable replacement for the DTS. If Avis is going to eliminate GM and therefore the DTS and move to Ford, I would expect nothing less than a Volvo or Jag being brought in as a replacement and hopefully Avis realizing the Town Car is nothing more than a premuim.
