I tried to post to Qantas forum and everything went seemingly normal. However when I then later refreshed the Forum main page I didn't see my post nor could I find it using search.

I thought that I hadn't submitted it properly and tried to post again, but I got warning about double post and didn't proceed with that. Don't quite understand what happened...
