i was trying to book a flight from a remote area in brasil for my GF to go to NY as she got last min tickets to bjork,my mobile wasnt working and was unable to book the tix due to some nonstop error,i tried everyday at least 3 or 4 times with no luck right up until it was too late and she missed the show.
what are my miles if i cant use them..
i had this same issue trying to book my miami conference and when i called i had to call 4 times(tech support was closed at midnight,...)till i got a agent who would waive the fee,even if it is 30c im not paying for their shoddyness.
drop this 30$ fee for status members.
