Back on topic though, for those who have paper tickets, I called and a Honolulu based CSR said that there should be no charge if you bring your paper ticket to the airport and if it is "e-ticket" eligible, they will convert it for no fee.

Whether this refares or not is questionable, I will try tomorrow
