No one from AA has the legal authority to "personally escort" you anywhere without your permission. In legal terms, this is called Unlawful Imprisonment, perhaps even Kidnapping.

What if one gets sick on a flight and doesnt want to get on another.
gets an attack of fear of flying etc
no one can MAKE someone else get on an aircraft.
Gee I would start yelling and screaming!
then the pilot wouldnt accept me on the flight
just might have to do that on my lax-syd-akl flight
