Performing oral sex and yelling at someone (else) should not result in jail time.

I try sometimes to figure out what makes so many people in this country so mean-sprited.

My personal opinion is that there are so many law and order shows on TV that no one focuses on the horrific things that happen to a family, particularly dependents, when someone goes to jail.

Since the results of incarceration aren't shown on TV, just the guilty verdict is shown, the after-effects aren't considered.
