V-fare to HKG + F&F Cert = not eligible??
If anybody has a F&F code and would like to help me out, it'd be much appreciated...

25 May ORD-SFO-HKG; 1 Jun HKG-ORD. I get a V-fare of about $1,171. I then throw in my F&F code, and it says it's not eligible for that particular V-fare, but it does work on the other fares. Big flippin' surprise!

Yes, the cert is still valid and hasn't been used up.
