My experience here:

Saturday April 14th about 9pm - bus out was fine, short wait, driver was helpful with luggage. Took a couple of wrong turnings as I was leaving so maybe the signposting isn't quite clear or maybe after a long flight from the UK I was just tired and not paying attention.

Return Sunday May 6th about 8am. Rental Car centre is very well signposted from the Strip so no trouble finding it. At the Shuttle bus pickup point they had 2 guys managing queues and I barely had to wait a minute for a bus. All passengers bags loaded and unloaded again by helpful staff.

Overall it's a bit of a nuisance having to get the bus to and fro but it's not the h*ll that this thread was suggesting.
