Not overly impressed. I stayed there over a weekend at the end of April for my Duke reunion.

Things I don't like about the facility:
--Self parking is across the street and behind a public lot. This is annoying, but what bothered me the most is there's no way to find this out until you go inside. You need a room key to get into the lot, but it'd be nice to have a sign in the driveway that says "please check in to receive access to self parking" or something.
--The whole place is a bit rough around the edges.
--Bathroom was TINY and the door opens in... and hits the toilet. Almost impossible for two people to be in there at once, even with one showering / one using the sink.
--Service was spotty. People across the hall got room service and left the plates outside to be picked up; when we passed by they were covered in ants... when I went back downstairs to move the car to the lot after checking in, the front desk asked if I wanted a fridge (it's on my profile). I said no, but 10 minutes later I had someone knocking on my door with a fridge.

Things I liked:
--Concierge lounge is open on weekends.
--Great bedding.
--Free wireless.

They've also screwed up the billing twice now. I was using a Platinum buy one / get one free weekend offer. Gave it to them when I checked in and was assured that it would be honored. Sunday morning the bill shows up and I've been charged for both nights. My boyfriend took care of it when he went downstairs to move the car from the street back into the lot (that's another thing - the lot is small and filled up on Saturday night before we got back). I have a receipt that shows the correct charge. And yet I show two separate charges on my credit card statement.

Probably not somewhere I'll stay again, despite the proximity to Duke.
