I've had completely the opposite experience, twice Nowhere to sit, crowded terminals, delays, long lines for washrooms, had to go in the bus in sweltering heat etc etc. I think I was there during the peak rush though (December and middle of the night)

I hope to try out the new Premium Terminal this summer.
