I flew on two of them recently SYD-PER and PER-MEL.
I agree that the customer experience is very inferior to the 767, especially in C.
- Small amount of luggage space
- Poor leg room
- No personal video
- Always someone in the middle of the 3

I hated them and would avoid them in that config at all costs.
