Drop them an email giving them 24 hours to respond or tell them you'll reverse the charges on your CC.

It's a shame Amazon is letting sleazy vendors onto their site nowadays. They are not as bad as some of the Brooklyn scammers (bestpricephoto etc...) but still not the kind of folks I'd buy from.
