Before, I'd say your chances are great...but now, with this fare, there are going to be a lot of people eligible for a C to NF upgrade.
Having a C fare doesn't help; you have to have at least that in order to be eligible for a 3-cabin F upgrade.
1P status is about all you have going for you...and in this day and age of 1K lites who make status on cheapie fares and fare errors, there are a lot of those and UGS members out there who are "above you" in UA's eyes.
