You'll be first in line on the PB waitlist, i.e. way behind GS, 1K, and anyone upgrading using miles or SWUs coming from the account of a GS/1K. If you don't clear before the airport, you'll be behind all GS and 1Ks, and behind any 1Ps that check-in before you.
