I have had consistently short or no delays when calling QF on the 13xxxx number. As a humble SG I do presume I get priority treatment over lesser people ( ). If so, it works a treat. I think the system is great and have absolutely no complaints about delays. I presume that when I graduate to WP status QF will ring me when I am thinking about a call to save me the trouble.......
