Having serious issue with Budget Car Rental properly crediting to Continental Airlines Onepass. I have been getting serious run around and have even had Budget agents say there is no nothing we can do, wait 90 days and even hang up on me.
I'm at wit's end and just want to get this resolved. All I need is an email for Budget Customer Service to get this resolved. Anybody have this? Why is this such a secret to keep from frequent renters?
