Rorschi, that applies for Economy. But for Business, you have to check the options for yourself. Just checked, and they charged my credit card 425 CHF.

That is the problem. There are hotels nearby. Formule un in Saint Louis is one, 30 € and 17 min. walk. Note: Do not search Basel EuroAirport.
Personally, I love the Lounge in Basel. It is one of the best Business Lounges in the world.
