I've been underwhelmed for several years, to the point where I'll consider no more than a GBP50 premium for Club. I've avoided the food and drink for a while and eat either in the lounge or something significantly nicer near the aiport (i.e. a fantastic wurst at MUC with a pint of beer).

It is interesting to make the comparison to USA Domestic F. While the 'soft' product there is more variable, it is more than compensated before by proper priority boarding and a much, much better hard product. And don't get me started comparing to CX HKG-TPE or SQ SIN-KUL which are on a different planet.
