Generally not much.

HI Seatac : didn't even get the room I booked.

HIX Elizabethtown PA: NEVER upgraded or anything, even though I've stayed numerous times

CP Philly downtown: club floor, bag of goodies

CP Richmond West: upgrade to king suite; on another occasion free bfast
