Looks like everything is set, but just to add in case someone references this later:

Westin -- don't know the rooms, but it has a nice smaller casino. Used to have a happy hour when they would run discount minimums at the tables, but I don't know if that's still running.

South Point (formerly South Coast) -- only ever heard bad things from people that stayed there.

Luxor -- stayed in one of the 1BR suites that have a fridge. Was there in June and the A/C had a really hard time trying to keep the room at a reasonable temperature until about 10-11pm. Just seemed underpowered. Otherwise, I was happy with it but I think the decision has been made that we are not staying at Luxor again.
