You can always do a dummy booking and look at the seat map to try and guess but a much more reliable way is to use www.seatcounter.com the "F" indicates the number of First Class seats remaining for sale, "U" is the number available for immediate upgrade such as by a gold purchasing a value or higher fare, a 10,000 mile upgrade, or a MVPG upgrade certificate (note that this number will fluctuate) and "A" indicates first class award availability.
