Here in San Francisco, PG&E does not accept credit cards at all. Straight debit out of my checking account. Supposedly, and it could be implemented by now, not sure, there were going to start accepting e-billing. Another one that does not accept AMX is a residential complex billing group called Vista--they only do Visa and MC.
