Thanks for the feedback. I realize that all chains have variation, but some have more than others, and this is important to me. SPG is reasonably consistent with Luxury Collection, St. Regis, and Westin, but extremely inconsistent with Sheraton. Fairmont is probably as consistent as Westin (better than IC from what I can tell but still a fair amount of variation -- e.g. the Fairmont Dallas is several levels below the Savoy in London).

I have searched on all the properties I mentioned, though it is hard to calibrate across the responses without direct comparisons. IC Dallas could be very good relative to IC Austin, but bad relative to LA.

For now, I guess I will continue to try other IC properties. I am 75% of the way to requalifying for SPG Plat already, so I probably should finish that and then see if I can hit RA again at IC (assuming I decide it's worth it), though the nebulous requalifying criteria makes this something of a gamble.
