AS (Alaska Airlines) lets you credit mileage from people with the same last name to your account. You can get full EQMs with AA, NW and DL, and mileage-only on CO and some others.
If this actually occurs, it's as an exception (or, more likely, an omission) on the part of AS, as this is completely contrary to their posted policy (which says, like most other US airlines, that a person cannot earn for the flying of someone else).
