The 773 ER (aka 77W) is a brand new aircraft and is far superior in F and C classes. As to whether it is worthwhile to wait if flying Y, *maybe*. Supposedly there is a bit more pitch and comfortable seating. The IFE system is much newer and you get a bigger screen.
